Quick start
- Browse to a Shein product page—a URL containing
-p-followed by the product number. - Click the round download button on the right edge of the page.
- Select the main or variant images you need.
- Download one image, save selected images separately, or create a ZIP.
Free downloads need no account. Lifetime features open checkout only when you choose one of them; checkout asks for Google sign-in once to bind the license to you.
The download button does not appear
- Confirm this is a product page, not search results, a category page or the home page.
- Reload the page after installing or updating the extension.
- If Shein sent you to a risk or challenge page, return to the Shein home page and navigate to the product normally in the same tab.

Images are missing or duplicated
Shein can publish a short JSON-LD image list while rendering a larger gallery on screen. SellerGrab merges both sources and normalizes thumbnail URLs. If a genuine gallery image is still missing, email the product URL and the number of images you can see on the page.
Variant images are shown separately where Shein exposes a usable size, color or variant label.
ZIP troubleshooting
“Select at least one image.” Click one or more thumbnails first, or use Select all.
No free ZIP packs remain. The free tier includes five ZIP packs per browser calendar day. Single image downloads remain free and unlimited; Lifetime removes the ZIP limit.
The ZIP contains smaller images. Free ZIP packs use web-ready 900px images. Individual downloads always use original resolution. Lifetime ZIP packs also use original resolution.
Video troubleshooting
Not every Shein product has a video. The MP4 button appears only when a video address is present on the product page. If the page visibly plays a product video but SellerGrab shows no button, send us the product URL so we can inspect that page shape.
