What the free tier actually is
It is not a trial and it does not expire. Every export returns up to 100 products, and you can run as many exports as you like. Nothing is deducted per run, there is no credit balance, and nothing counts down while you are not using it.
The 100 applies to the records one run pulls, whatever you are exporting — on the collections export it stops at the first 100 collections. When a run stops there, everything it already fetched stays yours to export.
Free exports are not a cut-down file. All three formats, the complete image list, the full variant rows, the collection structure and the best-seller order are all in the free tier. Pro changes one number.
Free exports stop at 100 products. Pro removes the cap — monthly or yearly, cancel anytime.

Signing in is required, including on the free tier
The StoreSpy workbench sits behind Google sign-in, and that applies to free use too. Signing in is how your plan travels with you rather than with one browser profile.
To be exact about what this does not mean: the store you are exporting is never asked to log you in. StoreSpy reads the same public storefront data that store’s own theme serves to any visitor, with cookies omitted from every request. It never touches a seller admin.
How paying works
Upgrading happens inside the extension, not on this page. Press Upgrade in the workbench and the pricing page opens with Stripe’s checkout embedded in it. Card details go to Stripe directly; SellerGrab never sees or stores them.
Cancelling works the same way — from inside the extension. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- What do I get for free? Every export stops at the first 100 products, but you can run as many exports as you like. Nothing is deducted per run and there are no credits. All formats, all images and all variant rows are included in the free tier.
- Do I need an account? Yes. The workbench is behind Google sign-in, including the free tier. Sign-in is how your plan is recognised; the stores you export are never asked to log you in.
- Is this a subscription? Yes. Pro is $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year. You can cancel at any time from the extension, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
- What does Pro add? Pro removes the 100-product cap. A single export can pull an entire catalogue — products, collections and best-sellers alike — with no per-run limit.
- Is there a limit even on Pro? One that is not ours: the storefront endpoint stops serving beyond 25,000 products, so stores larger than that export their first 25,000. No tool can get past it.
- Is my payment info safe? Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored by SellerGrab.
Still deciding?
Install it and export a store you know. The free tier is enough to check the one thing that matters before paying: whether the file StoreSpy produces is the file you needed. If it is not, tell us what was missing — that is more useful to us than a cancelled subscription.
